Intake Interview. Open Doors welcomes your Project Proposal. Use this intake form to describe your project. Provide your contact information. We may follow up and ask for this record to be more fully completed. You do not need to be authenticated to use this part of Gerer.

Documents. The Project Repository manages documents and some of these will be captured before as well as during the project execution phase. Documentation is at the core of the project management system in order to give proof of Safe Harbor.

Class System. The Project Repository will have scores of projects and potentially hundreds of documents. This is the classification system allowing documents and other elements to be classified (typed) in a user defined manner.

Essential Project Dashboard. This  dashboard is a complete susbset of the Projects and their tables minus the Income Component which is not essential at project outset. This link will open the complete Project Dashboard.

The project elements include its Essential Fields including any Parent Project, Documents, and Budget. Note the Budget line item includes actual Cost.

Maintaining the budget is essential because that becomes the Safe Harbor target.

Time Sheet. Recommend that each authenticated worker maintain a single timesheet per month per project. On that timesheet will be found all of the detail for work on that project.

An authenticated worker can maintain the timesheet on behalf of others.
